COVID-19 ANTI-CONTAGION SECURITY PROTOCOL UPDATED ON 12 APRIL 2022

COMPANY REGULATORY PROTOCOL FOR MEASURES TO COMBAT AND CONTAIN THE SPREAD OF THE COVID-19 VIRUS IN THE WORKPLACE

Forgiatura Morandini has successfully passed the surveillance audit as regards its SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM according to UNI EN ISO 45001:2018.

Furthermore, Forgiatura Morandini has successfully passed the RENEWAL audit with regard to its ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM according to UNI EN ISO 14001:2015.

Forgiatura Morandini has successfully passed the renewal audit of the certification of its Occupational Health and Safety Management System.

Following the provisions issued by the Ministerial Decree dated 8 March 2020, we wish to inform all external personnel that our company has decided to implement prevention and safety measures to ensure the best possible protection for all employees as well as at our workplaces.

By external personnel we mean: truck drivers, courier services, customers, inspectors, professionals and any other natural person who justifiably wants to access our company. In this document, we also set out the rules of conduct for our employees who have to go on a justified business trip.

These measures will allow us to guarantee the continuity and constancy of all present and future supplies, ensuring maximum serenity for our employees, managing the difficulties that the event of Covid-19 is creating in our lives.

By deed n°2300/2019 dd. 17/07/2019, the Environmental Office of the Province of Brescia granted Forgiatura Morandini the updated AUA (Single Environmental Authorization).
This authorization, replacing the previous environmental authorization, establishes the conditions and provisions to be observed in the field of atmospheric emissions, water discharges in CIS and in Public Sewerage approving the advices of all the interested Bodies (Asl, Comune, Arpa and Area Office).

Forgiatura Morandini, in order to operate constantly with a spirit of innovation, always wishing to ensure the maximum commitment of its organization in protecting the health and safety of its workers and all those who directly or indirectly cooperate with the Organization, in the spirit of adherence to the updated regulations, has decided to migrate the certification of its management system of health and safety at work to the new standard ISO 45001:2018 within the current year.

Forgiatura Morandini, also for the year 2019, confirming its will to constantly achieve the values of safety and health at the workplace as well as environmental sustainability, has renewed the certifications of its integrated Environment/Safety and Energy Management System in compliance with the international technical standards BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 50001:2011.

WE GOT UNI EN ISO 14001:2015!

According to the Executive Measure Nr. 2421 of April 18th 2016, the Environmental Authority belonging to  the province of Brescia released to Forgiatura Morandini the so called AUA (Unique Environmental Authorisation).

The new authorisation, collecting prescriptions and rules from all the applied national and local authorities, can be considered a complete environmental saving  guideline in terms of gas emission and water discharge.

The new authorisation substitutes all the previous ones, that cease to exist.

Forgiatura Morandini has obtained the following certifications:

-   ISO 14001:2004 - implementation of the Environmental Management System

-   ISO 50001:2011 - Implementation of the Energy Management System
